  • TPO 16” f/8 Ritchey-Chretien telescope with UV enhanced coating
  • 10’ Observation dome for transmission into atmosphere
  • Hamamatsu R9880U-113 PMT channels (3x) and Licel Transient recorder for signal detection
    • 16 bit, 40 MHz digitizer for analog detection
    • 800 MHz discriminator for photon counting
  • Spectra Physics Lab 190 pulsed Nd:YAG lasers (2x)
    • 30 Hz 200 mJ/pulse at 355 nm
  • AdValue 1.5 micron erbium amplifier
    • 5 kHz 1 mJ/pulse at 1550-1560 nm (SHG to 780 nm or FHG to 387 nm)
  • Optics table for beam forming and detection
    • Free space probe beam routed to telescope, fiber coupled return signal from telescope for detection
